This Christmas, we had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Khao Lak, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays we’ve had. I’m Italian, traveling with my family who came from Italy, along with my husband’s Irish family. We were looking forward to spending some time together in such a beautiful place, but had no idea just how special things were going to be. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s setting was peaceful and stunning. But what truly stood out was the food. The quality was excellent from the very first meal. Every dish impressed us, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Silvano, one of the Italian chefs, came over to introduce himself. Silvano was warm, genuine, and made us feel at home right away. He shared his story of coming to Thailand, his passion for cooking, and his commitment to quality. It felt like he wasn’t just serving us food, but taking care of us like family. On Christmas Day, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Enzo, who was just as attentive and thoughtful. Both chefs made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality and personal touch made the experience feel truly special. Leaving JW Marriott Khao Lak is bittersweet. We’re incredibly grateful for the great food, warm hospitality, and memories we’ll cherish. We can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avani+ Khao Lak Resort. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the facilities and resort were exceptionally well-maintained. We visited to celebrate my son’s first birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, making it a perfect choice for such a special occasion.

Located directly on the Khao Lak’s sunset beach sided by a natural lagoon, Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas is a resort found amid tropical garden and coconut groves. So peaceful and relaxing. Room and hotel are spotless and the staff are so helpful.

Everything is perfect, from the beds to the friendly staff, to the gigantic pools, the restaurants and everything else. If you book the all-inclusive option there is literally nothing that you need to worry about. The staff will always greet you with a smile and try to help in anything they can.

ThaiLife Wellness & Meditation Resort- SHA Plus offers Thai-style wooden bungalows with free WiFi and DVD players. The resort provides free shuttle service to a local market that is 5-minutes away. Amazing villas within walking distance to the beach! (But you can also get a ride there or cycle). We loved everything about this place. Lovely breakfast, good restaurant/bar at the beach, massages all close by.
