I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

The room where I was staying had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities which are required for a perfect stay. Experienced a 5 star luxury specially the pool side & the roof top restaurant area was amazing. Another added advantage was the Terminal 21 shopping mall which could be accessed straight from inside the hotel. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. I shall surely select this hotel during any of my future trips to Pattaya.
