The staff of the hotel are really professional and so friendly, always smiling and always doing everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get everything you need. Really beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and very well located, close walking distance from everything and in a great quiet area. The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Thank you to the General Manager of The Ramira Joy Hotel and all his employees because they are really working hard to give you the best you can get during your Holidays in Alanya.

We stayed at Nas Suite Alanya and were absolutely delighted! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its service, atmosphere, and great value for money. Spacious, modern, and very clean. The interior is stylish and pleasant. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: comfortable beds, air conditioning, a kitchenette, fridge, dishes, and a balcony with a lovely city and mountain view. Housekeeping is done daily, with fresh towels and linens – everything is top-notch. A huge thank you to the staff! They are very friendly, always ready to help, answer questions, and make your stay comfortable. The reception team is welcoming, and housekeeping is attentive – you truly feel like a guest, not just a customer. The location is perfect – shops, cafes, and bus stops are nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient! The area is quiet and peaceful, yet the city center is also easily accessible. The pool is clean and cozy, with a nice relaxation area around it. There are always enough sunbeds, and it's a great spot to unwind after exploring the city. Nas Suite Alanya is an excellent choice for a comfortable holiday in Alanya without overpaying. It’s suitable for families, couples, or solo travelers. If we return to Alanya, we will definitely stay here again! Rating: 10 out of 10.

Another thanks to the guest manager Adelyna, who was so helpful, friendly, and positive. She did our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
