Impeccable hospitality. I do a fair amount of travelling and I have to say it was one of the most hospitable places I've ever stayed in. Had to plan a lot of activities for our stay for a bigger group of people and hotel staff kindly offered to help out with arranging these, offering different options and negotiating discounts, so really took a lot of planning off my shoulders. Everything from transfers to daily activities like hot air balloon flight were taken care of. Furthermore, speaking about the hotel itself - it was very clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering wide variety of different foods, they surprised me with a birthday cake and I have to say there are not a lot of cave hotels in Cappadocia where you can find a pool. The entire staff was accommodating, but special thanks goes to Habip for being extra attentive and genuine.

Fantastic breakfast, the ladies made new dishes every morning. The bathroom was great. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect.

We stayed in a fairy cave room, and it was beautiful. Quite comfortable as well. Special thanks to the great service provided by Omar in reception and Rhamasan in the kitchen! The room was lovely, clean, and historic. Breakfast was substantial and excellent. The staff were very hospital, informative, and always at our service.
