Готель володіє чудовим розташуванням, навколо оточений цілющими джерелами мінеральних вод. Splendid place for family or couple vacations. Clean room, perfect SPA, pleasant staff.

All guests have access to the mineral water spring and are offered 1 doctor's appointment. Relaxation at the hotel is provided by the spa centre with saunas and a solarium. Swimming pools, massage services and doctor's advice services are also available. We really liked both the hotel and the wonderful medical center at the hotel. Wonderful, polite staff. Everyone was very friendly. The room was cleaned every day, bed linens were changed often. They brought water, tea, coffee to the room every day. We only took breakfast, but several times we also had dinner at the hotel. We liked everything very much. There was a choice of dietary dishes. We would like to come back.

Very professional people are working in the hotel ! Ladies from reception are very polite and helpful !

Grand Hotel's own Spa & Fitness centre offers saunas, swimming pool, hot tub, massage service and gym. Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

A buffet breakfast can be enjoyed on the summer terrace or in the Dnister restaurant, where Ukrainian and European dishes are also served. Bed was super comfortable, had the best sleep. Blackout curtains completely shut all the light out and room was well isolated from any sound. My room had a bathtub which is a great bonus. On my last day was given a complimentary bottle of champagne with fruits. I also used their Spa facility, everything was new and freshly refurbished, sauna was wonderful. And they have great gym that is free of charge

It's embedded in the natural landscape of the area using all the advantages of the scenery. Great work of the design and architecture team, ergonomic and stylish interiors, soft colours, convenience even in the smallest aspects. Our room was tidy, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful balcony view on the Skhydnytsia city and surrounding mountains. The SPA area is modern and clean offering hotel guests selection of saunas, showers and jacuzzi,. The property has two pools (indoor and outdoor) connected by the removable transparent gate. The outdoor Infinity pool is super-clean, well-treated and beautiful. One can enjoy the wonderful scenery of the mountains while bathing in it. The sault room is a great place for relaxation. The restaurant is fancy with delicious meals and well-trained, polite staff. Kudos to the chef! For wine lovers Panorama has a modern winery embedded in the rock with an experienced sommelier offering you great selection of wine and exciting wine-related stories. For SPA lovers there are such extra services like massage and cosmetology. You can freely train in the gym or yoga room. If you arrive by car, there are paeking lots in the garage for your automobile. We are greateful to the hotel team for such a warm and professional receiving! Special thanks to the hotel's management for the policy of honoring Ukrainian heroes daily in the morning.
