Guests of the Willard are welcome to enjoy the 24-hour fitness center and sauna. Concierge services, a 24-hour lounge. We spent just one night here, but I wish it was more! This hotel was beautiful and had a heap of history. Despite its age, it was wonderfully refurbed and so well appointed. The room was huge, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The shower was huge and glorious. I loved the location as well, it was easy to walk to some major monuments and museums. It was the perfect spot for our quick trip. We tried to have breakfast, but hadn't thought about the fact it was a Saturday during the Christmas holidays, so it was really busy and we didn't have time. So if you're there on a weekend, go to breakfast early! I can also highly recommend The Hamilton restaurant that was nearby. ALSO, if you want to do the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, be sure to 'book' your tickets well in advanced. While they are free, their popularity is off the chart so they ticket it.

Very nice and tasteful decor. Pleasant ambiance. Very good size room and especially the bathroom. Everything you need in the room, bathrobe, steamer for your clothes, coffee machine. Everything was super clean and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely go back when we would stay in Washington. And special thanks to Isidora for the amusing chat and extra attention to our anniversary!

I stay at a lot of hotels in the DC area and this one beats any in the whole city. I now have made this hotel my primary choice when staying in/near DC. The coffee machine in the room itself beats any other stay! That’s right, the coffee in the room is better than any coffee shop coffee in the district.
