Had such a lovely experience staying in this hotel in Da Nang. The facilities so new, location is amazing, and love the rooftop infinity pool! Above all, I want to single out the wonderful service of the public relations officer, Hoa, who went all the way out to make every guests here feel comfortable throughout the stay. She would work really hard in catching up with everyone each morning at Breakfast, and to let us know if we had any feedback. All requests were quickly attended to, and she certainly made this hotel a 6-star stay!

This hotel is amazing. From the moment you step in you are treated like royalty. Check in was very smooth and you receive a delicious welcome drink. The room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. They hotel had a crib for my baby which made everything better for everyone. Breakfast is 5 stars with excellent local cuisine as well (besides the normal stuff). I really enjoyed trying something new everyday. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing, really good food. The staff is really excellent, amazing people that care about you but Ms Thuong was the angel from the 2nd floor restaurant. She was not only an excellent waiter but she even offered to feed our one year old his meal so that my wife and I could enjoy our dinner. I have only amazing memories at this hotel… The gym, the pool, everything was fantastic. Thank you for such wonderful time.
