Every crew member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well-informed throughout the journey. Our room was spacious, elegant, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. Amazing food! It was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The activities like Kayaking through a stunning cave was such a good experience. From the accommodations to the food, the activities, and the exceptional service, the entire experience was truly 10 out of 10.

I had the pleasure of bringing my parents along on this trip, and it turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience for them. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed exceptional care and attentiveness—helping carry their luggage and assisting them warmly when boarding and leaving the boat. The meals were a delightful combination of Asian and Western cuisine, with familiar Vietnamese flavors that brought comfort and joy to my parents. They especially enjoyed the serene atmosphere, the refreshing swimming pool, and the romantic, peaceful surroundings. One thoughtful gesture that touched us deeply was how the staff had prepared special seating just for them, making them feel truly honored and cared for. This is the perfect destination for anyone wanting to treat their elderly parents to a relaxing and meaningful summer getaway.

The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi and family rooms. The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

A buffet, à la carte or Italian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. First time i've rated a 10 but i loved staying here, the best guest house i've stayed so far. To swim in the pool surrounded by mountains was quite magical. It was a little like a resort than a homestay with an open feel, table tennis table, pool table, sea view(some rooms). My room was great, well equipped and the wifi for me was super fast. The family were so generous and helpful, i felt part of the family while i was there. I met some lovely guests here too. The location is away from the main road etc making it peaceful. Town is about 2.5kms from The Homestay though they do rent scooters(Tong Thu Beach next to town is lovely). I was a little nervous to stay at first because i read some bad reviews on google maps just before check in but thankfully, the claims in those reviews were not true at all. Overall fantastic, especially considering the very affordable price.
