Also the Restaurant Manager at Natura Ms. Duong Nguyen, who always greeted us warmly every day and looked after our needs. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. High quality of all the restaurants. The villas are large, very modern and stylish with a private pool and fantastic sea views. It’s so surprised such beautiful ocean, if you visited Destin Florida and Honolulu Hawaii, this place mixed of two. The resort is huge and well maintained, all pools are overflowing pool, they’re clean not smell chlorine at all, plenty of water pressure in our room. We stayed in villa private pool, the room is large, clean, nice bedroom. There are a lot kid activities and kid play areas.The breakfast is excellent, many choice. You should try Italian and Atlantic restaurant. Staffs are very friendly and good service. Special Thanks to Mr Thai director of Rooms who upgraded our room to ocean front, Mr Tu F&B manager who provides excellent customer needs, and Mrs Emmy Nguyen front desk customer resort activity, who coordinated our outside activity. We’re enjoyed our stay and sure we’ll be back and we would stay longer next time.
