After that, we had a personal tour around the property and then were shown our wonderful chalet. The deck is large and has a fabulous view of the canyon forest. The bed is comfortable. The bathing area is AMAZING. The restaurant staff is excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and the area. The food is great! We already have it in mind for our next visit to the Storms River area!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Grill BBQ and South African cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. The cocoon, hive and dome rooms are out of is world! Unbelievable imagination and creative talent. No place like this. It was my fourth visit, and I will certainly be back. I can’t wait to stay in a dome room.

The food was nice also. It’s definitely a place to go for, I highly recommend it. ✌️

Historical charm, excellent breakfast and a nice restaurant for dinner. We stayed in the main hotel in a large room that overlooked the hills and had a sizeable bathroom. Staff were warm and welcoming, we highly recommend the Karoo dinner in the Albert Dining room. Would definitely come back, bring the family and stay in one of the many cottages for a few nights

Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for horse riding. You can engage in various activities such as game drives, bush picnics, cycling trails, hiking trails, clay pigeon shooting or just relaxing at the rim flow pool. Very nice hotel, rooms with a great view, beautiful surroundings, we did a nice walk on the property and met Jerry, the giraffe. The dinner was again excellent. I can recommend this to everyone.
