This place is simply amazing. The tents are super nice and clean provided with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Private bathroom as part of the tent. The staff is very friendly and you can easily connect with other people during game drive or at the camp fire. Game drives were fantastic! We have seen all the big 5 and our guides Karabo and Floyd are very knowledgeable. We also really enjoyed the food. The star is the braai (bbq) which offers options for meat lovers and vegetarians. I was surprised how good the oxtail was. The starter soups are also amazing. Vegetarian options were also available on request. Potential allergies were requested beforehand. For breakfast my favourite was the omelette, but other options are provided as well. Besides all of this you can enjoy the pool surrounded by birds between your game drives and in the night time, the sounds of the bush (yes we heard hyenas while falling asleep, but no need to worry, all is safe as a fence separates you from the wild animals!). Brilliant accommodation and perfect location for our one night stay after the Kruger Park. If we had known it was going to be so nice we would of stayed longer to tour the area. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was really good and plenty of choices. The breakfast was fab and delicious. You can not fault this lodge, from modern, spotless, clean, large, comfy rooms to the privacy and manicured gardens, we recommend it 100%.
