Each of the suites at Black Rhino Game Lodge is air conditioned and has a private bathroom with free toiletries. Everything (!!!) was fantastic. The breakfast, the room, the high tea, the dinner. But mostly: the staff and the safari tours. Exceptional!

The dining and kitchen staff, Chris, Veronica, and David were very attentive to our dietary needs/restrictions and all of the food was wonderful. Rassie, our safari guide, knows the park and animals very well and worked with other guides to get us some wonderful and up-close views of several animals. We also learned quite a bit about the animals and their behaviors from him. The lodge is beautiful, and our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the surrounding hills.

The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every single person we met was exceptionally kind and genuine. The food was delicious, and every meal felt like a treat. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms, that superseded my expectations by far! Good food and friendly staff in the restaurant!

Guided game drives within the Pilanesberg National Park can be arranged on advance request. Quiet and peaceful location just outside of Pilanesberg. The rooms were well equipped with everything in working order. The pool was lovely.
