Oooh this was extraordinary experience indeed. Everything was perfect specially the recipcienist niveen. Oh god me and my friend can't thank her enough, truly for all the arrangements she helped us with and all were on point with a price that shocked everyone who asked us about later 😁 The hotel location is more than perfect, it's close to all interesting areas yet its far from all the noise. It's unique in its own way with very calming and cool design. The service at the restaurant were also great, at the morning the breakfast has three main dishes with huge portions and all taste great. The evening service also were great where we had few drinks. Definitely my choice of hotels at Shkoder, one to count on 👍

We stayed at Vila Sela in Shkoder and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The place is very cozy, with a stunning view over the sea — both during breakfast and at sunset, which was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. A special thank you to Elvis, the host, who was truly exceptional: always available, incredibly attentive, and genuinely kind. He made us feel at home from the very first moment. One morning, even though we had to leave early for Lake Komani, he prepared a special breakfast for us outside the usual hours — such a thoughtful gesture we won’t forget. I highly recommend Vila Sela to anyone visiting Shkoder. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences of our trip to Albania!

Large, very new and spotlessly clean room in a quiet neighborhood. Bikes are available for free, which made exploring town so much more enjoyable, especially since we had 38 Celsius. Julian and Cosetta, the hosts, are so incredibly friendly and helpful. For those who need it, there is a courtyard where other guests parked their car.

Clean and nice apartment with shared kitchen but with your own bathroom. It is on top floor with many stairs but the host comes and carry all your bags up and down. The benefit of top floor is the view and it is quite. It has a nice balcony from the ktichen to relax on in the evening. The location could not be better, just right to the walking street with restaurants and shops, and close to bus and taxi station. We where allowed to check-in a bit early, you just need to call in advance since the host has approx 30 min drive to get there. Ask for more detailed directions since it is a bit hard to find, but no problem since it is in the center. We left our luggage for 3 days and paid a small sum for that arrangement and it worked out fine and was very safe. We really felt safe and got a warm welcome and had simple and easy communication during our stay. I can highly recommend this place and host.

A young enterprising Albanian lady has relatively recently and successfully started a new hotel in the centre of Shkodër. The small hotel is located right next to the large and visible Grand Hotel Europa. All rooms (and the reception) are on the first floor. Everything in the hotel is new. The rooms look very nice and are well maintained. This lady has made a good deal with a small restaurant across the street where hotel guests can go for breakfast. The day before you have to choose from several menus. The breakfast is ample and varied. The hotel is located a short distance from the street where the intercity buses stop. 100 metres to the west of the hotel is a mosque and 300 metres to the east another one. However, these did not disturb my sleep at night and I stayed in the room closest to the main street. The hotel is actually located at the beginning of Rruga Willson which is a smaller side street of the larger and busier Rruga Studenti but at night I didn’t experience any noise from that at either. My room at the front had very large windows, lots of light and of course air conditioning. It was one of the nicer rooms I had during my Albanian journey. Very spacious and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room. Also a very good bathroom. Behind the avenue where the buses stop you have the old town and the well-known street with the beautiful traditional buildings. Now, however, almost all of these have become a restaurant or a café. So many places to eat and drink are nearby. The famous old Mesi bridge is located outside Shkodër at about 7 kilometres. Easy to reach by taxi and it’s best to have him wait there. A visit to the beautiful historical bridge doesn’t take very long. The Rozafa castle is located on the other side of the city. About a half-hour walk from the hotel.

    I recommend! This place has a perfect location from bus station (5min walk) and city center. Kitchen and showers were clean! Also due to some problems we needed to cancel the rest of our stay earlier and the owner was super helpful and kind. Also wifi works perfectly in the whole hostel.
