Super welcoming, got pet friendly room at no fees. So even if this hotel is more expensive in the future, i will keep going there. Enough of the greedy business owner charging 20-25$ Per PET. The receptionist was kind, smiling and very helpful. The parking was easy. I got a 22foot sprinter and parked in front of fhe hotel. They also offer underground parking. Restaurants all around, great location. The room was clean lobby as well. Will only do business with them from now on! The best of Prince Rupert.

Likely the nicest, most modern hotel room in the city, and we have stayed at them all! The building is under new management and most of the reviews do not reflect the updates.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I like the care and consideration everyone has shown me. The beds are comfy and we enjoy the water view from our room.
