Staff was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, just lovely people. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. Can be a bit on the pricy side, but if able, a night here for dinner is well worth it!

Fabulous view of the castle and the mountains from our room and balcony, such a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, lift, breakfast, parking on the street in front of the hotel which was inexpensive, friendly, helpful staff and a decent restaurant. Wonderful combination.

Fantastic everything. Location is very easy to get to. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Close to Locarno, but still a quiet location. Convenient parking (if by car) and 5 minutes from train. Perfect!
