Very Beautiful well kept grounds. Location is great right across from the montezuma waterfall entrance, guard on property at night feels very safe. Quick walk into town. Very peaceful, the staff was top tier made you feel very welcome. Coffee mugs, coffee, kettle and mini fridge were very much appreciated. The sunrise was exceptional.

We liked the hotel, the beach, the town and location. The outdoor patio restaurant was very nice and food was delicious.

Great value for your travel dollar (or Colones) We loved staying there for the convenience to the local area yet privacy in the hills. We will return for a longer visit with our wonderful hosts, Brigette and Leon.The nights were alive with the sounds of animals and insects and a beautiful night sky. Apparently we are not unusual in turning off all thee lights and sitting on the deck at night.

This place was amazing, big open kitchen with dining room, clean and comfortable room and clean bathroom, very good location close to Mal Pais beach, free parking, outdoor shower and clothes rack convenient for after surf. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough.

Alfredo and all other staff members were amazing hosts! Super helpful, kind and made us feel right at home in the beautiful small sustainable resort! The room was great and we loved the view on the garden. The tropical garden is what drew us to the place and also it is one of the quietest hotels in Santa Teresa near the beach. It's close to restaurants and literally 50 meters away from Santa Teresa Beach. The staff was really helpful and recommended where to go for lunch and other activities. We had breakfast at the hotel it was included in our rate. I recommend the omelette!!
