The locations was PERFECT! The food was amazing . I was treated so kindly by the staff . I got up to watch the sun rise and was blessed not only by the stars , moon , sun and the ocean but your beautiful staff brought me a chair , stand and the best cup of coffee . 🙏❤️

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff that was super accommodating. Facility was well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and many local restaurants. Fantastic live music and most nights!

Really loved The Palm! Staff was beyond courteous and friendly. From Luis, Stevie at check-in, to the office manager Zaida (sorry if I misspelled), the restaurant staff is excellent too, especially one of the waiters who's name I forgot ("Jean"-something, sorry! With the tattoos). My room took a few hours after check-in to be ready, but I understand working in the industry myself. The staff was more than friendly to accommodate my wait, offered me drinks, which was not needed but appreciated. The pool area is so chill, I did not expect to spend as much time as I did there. Didn't even dip in, it's just a nice atmosphere with relaxed restaurant staff. The restaurant menu was also excellent, a mix of American and Costa Rican fair. I will definitely be back at The Palm if I come back to Coco.

Beautiful property, close to the beach with very spacious rooms. Can easily fit a family of four. Bathroom is also very spacious. Towels and soap provided. We were greated warmly and breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, gallo pinto and toast. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Supermarket next door with everything you may need and a 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute car drive to Playa Flamingo. Would stay again.
