5 minutes walking distance to Nissi beach. Has its own parking, swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds. Complimentary water, coffee, croissans. 5 minutes to closest bus stop opposite to Adam's hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are cleaned daily, towels + sheets are changed almost every day. Upon arrival, you can drop your luggage and use the underneath changing room, toilets + bathroom. Same is on your departure day. Absolutely amazing and lovely!

We had an excellent stay at Loutsiana Deluxe Apartments. The location is peaceful—just a few minutes’ stroll from Nissi and Makronissos beaches, with a bus stop right outside for easy access. Our spacious studio was spotless, with daily housekeeping, a cosy kitchenette, and a generous balcony overlooking the pool and lovely gardens.

The location and the cleannest of the hotel , also I forget 2 things on the room and the staff call me amd said that they put my things on the safe , lovely team , also they have espresso machine inside the room .

All the staff at River Rock Hotel deserve a standing ovation. Though it's their job but they go further to make us comfortable. I suffered a severe hay-fever allergy upon arrival because my patio doors, when opened, have some beautiful lavender flowers, which apparently was not good for me. My room was immediately upgraded free of charge to the 3rd floor with the pool and ocean view. Both breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible. A massive thanks to Petra and Katerina for their outstanding service🤗
