Lovely owner who does all the reception and showing of rooms etc. Organic wines from their own vinery. Good breakfast, comfy beds. The small town of Forchtenberg is very picturesque and worth a visit.

The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. The staff was professional, the room exactly as in the description and all has worked properly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very comfortable!

The room was very peaceful. I didn't hear a single noise while in it, neither door slams, nor neighbours or other guests' voices. It was excellent. The bed was very comfy, the mattress having the adequate toughness for assuring a good rest. The three nights I stayed there were great. The breakfast was very good. The buffet included all that is needed as regards food and drinks (except sweet fruits), to keep going until dinner time. Everything was of the utmost quality and very tasty. Besides there is no music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Consequently, the atmosphere is especially pleasant, which contributes considerably to enjoy that meal. All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the ones working at the front desk.

We stayed just one night on our way home - the hotel was perfect for our needs, the location was perfect - just minutes off our route, the room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy, the restaurant was amazing! Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfect traditional and modern German food.
