The staff was super friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, quiet, and cozy. Transportation was also pretty convenient—just one stop from the airport by train. I definitely recommend that people book this hotel. Their breakfast is also well prepared.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.. nothing was too much trouble. A suitcase did not make the flight..the staff made sure we were informed as soon as it was delivered. We were out at dinner and they did not want us to worry. Our return flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay ...again the staff were quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

the room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was very nice and served from very early morning which was a big plus for us. Hotel is very close to a train stop which can get you comfortably to central Frankfurt or the airport. Big supermarket is short walk from the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

    Location was convenient, short drive to Koln, Dusseldorf, and Dortmund, 3 cities that hosted euro 2024. Large room, very clean, in great condition, well maintained, considering last renovation was probably around 15 years ago. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood/town. Friendly staff.
