As we are an old couple over 70 years and with a lot of luggage, she kindly told us that she would give us a free upgraded bigger room No 418，and she also immediately offered her kind help for our luggage until our room. She helped us also to check the bus information for the old city and Veste Coburg. Her high quality of excellent customer-oriented service greatly helped us and deeply touched us. Our sincere thanks also go to Ms. Sandra Franz from the afternoon and evening shift. She has also tried her best to make our stay in your hotel happy and comfortable, giving us also different information about restaurants and shops. Breakfast was wonderfully scrumptious.. their homemade yogurt exceptional. Dinner was in a realy fancy section. the food was great . the waitress Sarah was very helpful in explaining menu items.
