The service at this hotel was excellent. The owner and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. When I asked about luggage storage, the owner kindly offered to store my luggage for free. He also invited me to have an Egyptian dinner with him. Booking included free airport pickup to the hotel, which was very convenient.

The view of the pyramids with the sunset and the greenery is amazing. I was offered a free dinner with a view of the pyramids, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped with a trip to the pyramids and camel riding. It was an excellent experience. I will be back.

We did not want to leave. - Wifi - fast and fabulous - each floor had its own wifi code provided. Reception manager only too happy to put all codes in my phone to make it seamless all over for me when asked so I didn’t have to sit there and put in the wifi codes. (Seriously - amazing). Best we have ever had. - Rooms are fabulous (more like 4-5 star) and spacious - place newly built and room to put things. - Rooms suitable for longer stay (eg wardrobes, suitcase benches, drawers and dressing table to put things!) - Staff are great nothing was too much trouble - Food was amazing - both breakfast and in the restaurant (so handy to have a proper and delicious restaurant on site) We miss Chef Mohammed’s food!

I genuinely enjoyed my time in Royal Golden Pyramids Inn. The staff is available 7/24 and they are quite attentive to your needs. The location of the hotel is great, it is right next to the tickets office for the pyramids. The view from the roof is magnificent, possibly one of the best in entire Giza area.

I used to stay here before many years, this booing was for family. The location is very good near to main street, staff are friendly. But seems the furniture became old and requires upgrades. Family arrived late after midnight and hotel offered extra night, that was a gentle gesture from the front desk
