We were upgraded on arrival. Location is absolutely perfect - close to the beach and the strip. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room designs are fun and definitely reflect Magaluf.

Breakfast was amazing. Location of hotel was good, out of the way of the strip but close enough to walk back after an evening out. Wild chickens across the road with their babies very entertaining!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very central and convenient for exploring the city. I especially loved the pool area — it was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a day out. One of the biggest highlights for me was the breakfast — it was very good, with a nice variety of options. I also really appreciated that breakfast was available from 8:00 AM until 1:30 PM — that was a big plus and gave me a lot of flexibility in the mornings. Overall, everything was great. The only thing I wasn’t fully satisfied with was the cleaning — it could have been a bit better. But other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for the nice stay!

I loved the manager and receptionists who helped me with all my queries, very lovely and funny. I also think the bottomless brunch is easily the best bonus I've ever had staying with a hotel, the food was fresh and diverse, definitely the highlight

the staff could not do enough for you, friendly, courteous and always willing to help. one member in our party left his phone on the plane, the staff called the airport located the phone then organised transport for the individual to the airport to collect the phone. outstanding def 5 Star treatment.
