Stunning hotel away from the tourist buzz but close enough to reach all your destinations by car. We were there during high season but you wouldn't have noticed. They don't have many rooms available so the pool and breakfast area were super quiet. The beds are very comfy, the rooms spacious. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained.

Hotel Tugasa Convento San Francisco is a former Franciscan monastery, dating back to the 17th century. It is located in the centre of the ancient Andalusian town of Vejer de la Frontera.

Beautiful historic hotel in a great location. Bedding was very comfortable. Great restaurant attached to the hotel, and also many other places to grab a bite nearby. Loved Vejer de la Frontera and this hotel was fantastic!

Very clean and friendly hotel located on a hill with an amazing view. There is nice and quite big common space: internal courtyard, lobby and restaurant (as of May available only on Weekends). Outside space is great too - spacious pool and lots of sun chairs. Very clean. There are not a lot of rooms so even if a lot of them are booked you can feel private. Good restaurant. Amazing staff.

Great holiday! Seaview bungalow is fantastic, spacious with comfortable beds and large marble tiled bathroom (walk-in shower!) and even small fridge. Right on the beach facing the sea and at the sane time with great privacy with your own lounge chairs and tables. Manicured lawn leads to the beach and the whole property is beautifully designed. We had a dinner at charming wood-beamed restaurant with real fireplace, and the food and drinks were very good. Not so many guests are there as hotel is small (so different from overcrowded resorts everywhere else) and off-season makes the the experience very romantic and affordable. Hoping to be back.
