Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and professional (shout out to Mathilde for being so welcoming). The breakfast was amazing (great variety and quality of food and drinks). The room and the restaurant were very comfortable, pratical and tastefully decorated with high quality furniture. Everything has been well designed. We highly recommend the restaurant which is gastronomic but very good value for money. A great base to explore the beautiful Aubac area . We will definitely be back. Amazing people in a small, extremely friendly atmosphere historical medieval town. Was having some rest there after Paris fashion week. Highly recommended. Not much to see but much to chill. And rooms are very modern, bathrooms are great.

Lovely place to stay after the long climb into Fonteilles. Our host Leo was wonderful and prepared the best dinner we have had yet in France using local fresh produce.
