The staff. The staff was really welcoming and spoke perfect English. And I liked that I could eat something in the evening. Don’t expect fantastic stuff but it is nice to have the option. Also for an Ibis the bathroom was really nice!

We were so satisfied with this property that we will come back for sure! The rooms were clean, we had enough space for everything, beds are so comfortable and our stay in this hotel was perfect in general. I would recommend everyone this hotel. Also, the breakfast was so delicious and staff was really nice and polite. Perfect value for money.

Great location, everything modern, very clean, great value for money. Thanks to the individual cabins you have a lot of privacy even if sharing a big dorm. The only thing I disliked is that the accommodation is in the underground so you have pretty much no natural lighting.

The Hotel is nice. It's situated close to the center, so you can explore beautiful Lille by foot. There is a parking garage directly at the hotel, which you can book for the additional price. We had a room for four: one big bad and to single beds for the kids. It's perfect for the family of four! Breakfast is good and tasty and stuff is really friendly!

    This is a good budget hotel.Excellent location and very helpful staff.It has all that you need for a short stay in Lille which is well worth visiting.About 10 minute walk to the Euro station and a few minutes walk to the old town.Plenty of restaurants on the doorstep .

    Great location for Eurostar Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area (Trois Brasseurs below 👍) Very helpful and pleasant staff Clean and comfortable as an overnight stop with no frills Good breakfast at reasonable price Balcony room on 6th floor offered nice city views. This is a simple budget hotel, so don’t use if you can’t handle that
