A lovely decorated hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. In just 3 minutes, you reach the pedestrian street with everything around—Bordeaux Cathedral, all the restaurants, cafés—everything is walkable. Most importantly, the hotel staff are wonderful: they speak perfect English (not always the case in France), and they are so friendly and flexible! It feels so warm and welcoming when you’re traveling outside your country. The view from the window is beautiful as well. Highly recommended! Moi et ma copine, on a adoré cet hôtel – merci beaucoup!

JOST was amazing. The room was on the smaller size, but not a problem if you don't have a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, there was accessible lighting everywhere, there was tea and coffee outside the room in the hallway. Everything was clean and well-lit, with big windows. The WC was in the room but separated by a door and the shower was also in the room, big enough, with good water pressure. They had many really good options for breakfast (10-15€ extra charge). The staff was really nice and accommodating, helping us with keeping our luggage before we had to leave. It was very close to the train station (~10' walking) from where you could get a tram or a bus to take you in the city. There's not much to do around the area of the hotel, but you could easily get around. I chose JOST because it seemed like a place with personality and it lived up to all my expectations. I'd definitely return.

We had to use this as emergency to get our family over the night when we suddenly were left without an option. We arrived close to midnight and were treated exceptionally well by the staff on duty. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was also nice. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

    The room was comfortable and had all the needed facilities. There was a heatwave in Bordeaux during my stay so it was fantastic to have an AC in the room. Large terrace with plenty of seating. A young man who checked me in was nice and helpful ( didn't get his name ). Location is nice and quiet, there's a park and a supermarket nearby. Good half hour walk to the city center or a tram station 2mins away.

    My room was absolutely massive and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location was perfect for my trip. The hotel is very close to a tram stop and the city centre is just 20 mins by tram (these are quite frequent). I'm very happy I chose to stay in this part of the city as it was very quiet.
