The hotel is situated almost at the cliff of the beach. It's only one or two hundred meters to the beach. Our room was not facing sea but rather an east and I think we got even better view than just a plain sea. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The staff was super welcoming and warm (as seems to be the norm for everybody in this part of England). There are Loop bus stops quite near the hotel which makes the connection between seaside hotel and Ramsgate station that more convenient.

With 24-hour check-in, the Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate Minster is 6 miles from the beaches of Margate, and Ramsgate town centre is a 12-minute drive. There are 4 golf courses within a 10-mile radius....
