Very warm and comfortable in very cold weather. Well finished hotel with excellent full breakfast and bar/restaurant which we took advantage of for both nights of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again when we return to Carlisle

Because we go to Carlisle by bus from London very early, about 4 :30 am, the staff of County Hotel give our hot water, let us enter room soon. It is very warmly feeling. He is really good gentman. Lovely hotel.
