The staff were so friendly and attentive, we couldn't get our heater to work, told reception, she sorted it immediately, lovely warm room.

Fairly near to family who we were visiting. Near to a barbers we made use of and a large supermarket handy for anything I forgot to bring with me. It was lovely to stay in an English pub with Hawkstone beer to try though we preferred the special bitter. Lively menu which we felt would cover all tastes. Night one we had been out at lunchtime so just had the fish platter to share , second night we both had the steak perfectly cooked to our liking. Didn’t have dessert though they looked good when served to an adjacent table !

Great place to stay in Cotswolds while visiting around places! Dog friendly hotel and we could dine in the library/bar, which was even nicer than in the main restaurant. Beautiful surroundings
