I really liked the breakfast 👍 And I could get anywhere I wanted in a short time by walking, which was amazing. The staff was reaaally friendly and they were really helpful. Would come again to this hotel next time I come to Dundee (I've added a photo of the view from the breakfast lounge/reception)

The history told by the owner. The regulars in the bar made us feel welcome and offered travel tips. Dinner was fabulous and breakfast that was included equally good.
