Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river. Free secure parking and a great breakfast, what's not to like. Will we be back? Of course we will!

Excellent service in a cozy building situated in a very convenient location. Lots of choice for food in the hotel pub-restaurant and in the surrounding area. Very convenient having the train station nearby.

We choose this Hotel, for family reasons and it was a really surprise for us, I mean in a positive way. The staff at the front desk was amazing and supporting. She refunded us,for my mistake on the booking procedure. I did appreciate that. The hotel is so cute, clean and confortable. Location in front of the Tamigi is nice and with the train it can get London in 40 minutes.
