A gem of a place. Arrived 2.45pm & had lunch.....divine. Stayed in the Hayloft Suite & it was lovely. Every member of staff were so happy & polite. Happily stay again.

Lovely countryside location. Very peaceful. Staff terrific, especially Hayley who looked after us when we had missed break-fast & provided cereal & toast, all with a big smile! Dinner staff were lovely too. Food was excellent. Pleasant decor. Close to a Park & Ride site so able to spend a day in Norwich. (Free car parking, 3 pound fare on bus.)

Everything about our stay was just perfect. This hotel was immaculately clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed the food in the evening and at breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with everything we needed. Soft towels, good sized tv and plenty of power points

Exceptional price: value ratio. The location of the hotel was excellent - there is an outstanding public garden right next to the hotel, and the cathedral and shopping precincts were within easy walking distance. In the room the bed was very comfortable and the small fridge and microwave useful. Great shower. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

As I said I've stayed here a few times now but in different rooms this room was big enough for a family ensuit again tea coffee juice even chocolate bars for those who have a sweet tooth the rooms are very clean and nice comes with everything you need close to town and etc 5 mins top I would recommend staying here good prices thanks Chris
