We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel appartment is very nice and clean! We had an appartment with a double bed and a single bed and a big terrace with 2 sunbeds. The beds and pillows are very comfi. We slept really good. The balcony had double doors with noise protection, so we did not hear the music outside, during the night (because the hotel faces a nice club, with swimming pool and disco). Mr Lambros, the owner is very nice and client oriented. He helped us with the airport transfer.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located really close to the beach and a few steps from the main street where you can find anything you may need. At the same time it's still far enough to not be bothered by the loud sounds of nightlife and crowded areas. If you wish to get to the hotel by bus - the bus stop is max 500ish meters away and if you need an airport transfer, they'll help you with everything. The beach is just across the street, although if you're looking for a sandy beach you may need to take a short walk. The place is clean, room service is provided daily also the pool is being checked and cleaned regularly. The room is fully eqipped and very spacious - you can find all kitchen utilities, the iron (with ironing board), drying rack and many more. Whole area is very well organized - on the hotel area there is a garden when you can sit outside and enjoy a breakfast or coffee (we loved that board games were available for guests!). The area outside the apartament by the pool is also huge and perfectly arranged with many places to relax depending on your needs. The hosts will help you with anything you may need. And at last but definitely not least (what we have found truly exceptional) this is a family hotel and the stuff is extremely friendly and kind - you really DO feel welcomed and the atmosphere is just awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

Excelent food & drinks (fish, vegetables, salads, cretan dishes/pies, meat, seafood, cakes, fruits, etc). The best tzatziki ever eaten. Very good manager (Dimitris - always among guests and constantly working side by side with his staff to make sure everything is ok). Very good staff at reception, restaurant and bar (Maria, Luigi, Nikos etc). Good vibes, music and drinks at the bar with Luigi - he is very friendly and funny. Very clean hotel/rooms. Very good location. We recommend the beach instead of the pool due to the sea breeze and warm and crystal water. The beach is very close to the hotel (around 200 m, near the Med Cafe restaurant). A sunbed is 5 eur/day and an umbrella is 2 eur/day (you can pay cash or card). Every 2 nights there is entertainment after dinner (oriental, disco and greek night - our favourite). It is a 3* hotel but with a 5* staff and restaurant services. Thank you for everything! Ευχαριστώ πολύ! ❤️
