I liked nothing. The hotel was dirty. The WC was broken, there was not hot water, the staff was very noisy during the night and morning. We couldn't sleep well.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room,. Bed sheets and towels were just top. Good breakfast It's not a calm neighborhood but very close to a big shopping mall, restaurants and not far from the minerva market, where to catch the local buses.

Great location, 2 blocks from the main square, on a quiet street. Showers had hot water. Sophia ,the owner s daughter, is adorable. Nice terrace overlooking the city. There is also a kitchen up there, but I never used it. Robert was a very considerate host; he apologised when his other guests woke everyone at 4 am (going on a volcano hike) or when they were talking for hours late at night on their phones, he politely asked them to finish their calls.
