The best part of the holiday was Rafelle - he was the receptionist and greeted us with amazing customer service. He made all our meals and made our holiday exceptional. Gilli Meno was a great place to stay and highly recommend staying there, particularly given the customer experience with Rafelle.

"The villa has a very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool is spotless, and the room was super comfortable and impeccably clean. Breakfast was nicee too. Bikes available for free. Restaurants and shops nearby. The staff works tirelessly, always taking great care of the garden and surroundings. And a special mention to Taufik – truly the best manager ever!"

Amazing, staff, rooms, food and help. Friendly, hard working people! My gf got sick from seafood at a beach, Mr.Semadi helped us with information what we should buy and even gave us some pills for stomach and really cared about our comfort. Even booked&paid tickets for boat to Bali at the end of our lovely stay. Thank you!

+ Very cozy and well maintained place. Everything is setup to make your stay easy and comfortable. Filtered fresh water provided for free to your bungalow, you have: AC, fan, mosquito trap, personal water hydrant next to your bungalow to wash your feet etc. Everything is well though through. + Sylvie ( the owner ) and her staff are extremely nice and helpful.

I loved this dive center. The staff are amazing and so welcoming! The owner are extremely friendly and helpful The room was super clean and the service was very good. For the food the restaurant is just addicting the cafe and the breakfast are delicious! Well everything is. And I loved that it’s literally on the beach for a perfect sunset. Divine Divers is really an fantastic place!

The location of The Beach House is perfect and is within walking distance of everything you will need. It is right by turtle point and will most definitely see turtles on your stay. The individual little pods are beautifully designed, clean and have everything you need. They even make sure you have the correct bug repellent and spray. Communication was excellent from the point of booking and I was given all the information I needed. The staff go above and beyond and do absolutely everything they can to make your visit memorable. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they went to the trouble of getting me a little cake brought over from Gilli Air and sang happy birthday. The food is delicious and you can order anything you want from the breakfast menu. I really can’t put into words just how wonderful this place is.

This place is a hidden oasis. Private villa and pool with a great location in the middle of a beautiful island. What more do you need! Easy access to all sides of the island. We booked 3 nights on Meno and ended up extending for another 5. Pool refreshing and clean, lovely welcome basket with a few essentials, cool outdoor bathroom area with hot water (not that you need) The addition of the drinking water dispenser in the room was a great touch, first time wed had this. Very appreciated! Jack and all the staff were so kind and lovely and made us an amazing breakfast each morning with lots of options (only place on island we could find a smoothie bowl) all in all, a great stay and highly recommended, especially for the price. Cheers! Great finish to Meno

its food was always great and also the location was perfect. we enjoyed the sunset everyday during our stay. no bugs because of its cleaness. what is most impressive was the super friendly kind staff in here. I was with my little son who liked them so much that he always wanted to play and talk to them. even when we got back to home, he talks about his memorable stay at GiliMeno.

    The location of the property is fantastic! You can walk out of your room and on to the beach and start snorkeling or watch the sunrise from your balcony. I spent so much time snorkeling. The reef by the hotel is amazing! I got a very good price for a snorkel and fins from the stall right next to reception. Just bring cash for that. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Chris, the manager, who offered me a reduced rate when I extended my stay and helped me change my ferry ticket.
