The villa was beautiful and traditional style, and the outdoor bathroom felt very luxurious (not sure if all rooms have one so worth checking when you book if you want one). Location was handy for the airport, and the garden was a beautiful spot for a relaxing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including helping me arrange a last-minute taxi from the airport despite it being later in the evening.

Everything was beyond perfect! We loved everything: amazing breakfast, fantastic common areas, very clean and spacious rooms, staff was just amazing, all service offered was impecable. They sent a car to pick us up from the airport and he was just the best guide.We booked all the trips around the island with him and he spent all day with us, from morning to night. We loved this place! The room was amazing, the bathroom is lovely and the breakfast was one of the best ones we have had in Indonesia. Located at a short distance of the main. We rented scooters with a good price and booked a tour and a taxi with them. Very good prices

The White Bay’s location is perfect - in the city center close to all the restaurants and stores, but it’s still very quiet at night. The staff was extremely helpful, always helped with arranging scooters or laundry when needed. The breakfasts were delicious, I especially loved the fruit bowls with granola and banana pancake. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable (although a bit squeaky, but we quickly got used to it). The pool was perfect to chill in and read a book when it’s super hot outside. Our stay at The White Bay was lovely and I cannot wait to come back!
