Staff is well-trained and very nice, they were helpful, kind and always available. The houses are brand new and spacious, right on the beach. Yoga is available daily and the restaurant provides very tasty food and some entertainment.

We have traveled to Goa as a group after celebrating our friend's wedding. The property exceeded our expectations by far. - Hotel and restaurant staff provided exceptional services and were always available for us. - The resort is located on the beach, I must admit it was the most beautiful and calm beach in South Goa that we've visited. - Restaurant provides good food and drink selection. Would definitely recommend fresh seafood and fish dishes; as well as local beers. - Resort is located walkable distance from the shopping, restaurant, bar area therefore you can always find things to do in the evening.

This place was 10 out of 10 and we'll definitely go back! Friendly staff, good food, drinks and coffee, amazing beach, clean rooms - it was everything we were looking for and more. We were 3 adults and 3 kids (2, 7 and 10) - everyone loved it there and didn't want to leave. Thank you Simrose!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here, been in India touring for two weeks and this so far is our favourite property , best beach view and the restaurant Dreamland attached to these beach huts was FANTASTIC. The food was exceptional and service by the lovely boy Chedin was so friendly and kind, spoke brilliant English. We only ate here because it was so good particularly the Goan curries.

I loved my stay Mandala House, everything is peaceful/calm about the place! Right from hostel hygiene, the accessibility to the Palolem/Patnem beaches, the volunteers at the hostel; who are super chill/friendly! Shout out to Spandan, Sanjana, Nishant and Prashant bhai for the good work they’re doing for backpackers! Stayed for a week, lovely experience! Will be back soon!

The bungalows are great. Right on the beach so very easy to go to the beach, restaurants and bars each day. They have wifi, air-conditioning and a fan. The bathroom is spacious and water hot. It is quiet here as well. The hosts are very friendly

    Best property in decent budget, the property also offers proper rooms which are big,neat and clean unlike most small huts offered by most properties at agonda beach. Staff, location and food (though it was less spicy & more kind of bland) everything was great!!!
