After arrival, we got the room and toilet cleaned. The lady at the reception said that what more do you want? You have bathroom, sink. But it was dirty to which she didn't bother to respond. There was no running water. I had to use washroom located in other rooms for my basic daily needs. The husband wife couple managing the resort were extremely rude and were not willing to listen to any of our grievances rather in front of us they started abusing the employees working at the property. When we asked their names separately, both told us that their name is Ranjeesh. Now how can two people share one name? They are lied all through the stay. NO ONE SHOULD STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THE OWNER SHOULD REPLACE THE MANAGERS.

The property is extremely beautiful and at a picturesque location. Cleanliness was very well maintained and the food was super delectable. The staff is very helpful, humble and very welcoming.
