This family run hotel, owned and managed by Helena, was beautifully built and decorated. The location is very close to the city palace. The hotel staff and Helena were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast by the pool, under the Neem tree, was excellent.

Rooftops are amazing to chill, watch the sunset or attend a movie night! Room was spacious with comfortable beds (curtains, socket lamp), free water dispenser, laundry on site, very friendly and helpful staffs. The food at the cafe is very very good! It’s an amazing hotel, small, cozy, right at the lake and walking (5 min) distance to the main attractions. The view from the hotel is stunning. Good breakfast, room is authentic and very atmospheric. Clean, all the amenities. The service is very good, all the requests were accommodated in no time, very supportive and responsible. Good WiFi. Hard to think of any improvements (only maybe cashless payment methods).

    Nice location, you can walk everywhere from here. The building itself is great, there are plenty of common spaces for stay outside of the room and enjoy the beautiful view and sunset. There is a restaurant on the roof top, wide range of food and good prices. Staff were kind and friendly

    The location of the property is in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Staff is very helpful, polite and accommodating. Everything in the hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. Note that you can access the hotel by tuk tuk or by walking since the roads get narrow closer to city center. However, it is not a problem since tuk tuks are available everywhere. :)

    It is a budget hotel not a 3 star hotel as shown in your site. The rooms are big and clean, with comfortable beds. Service needs improvement. Food is average. The breakfast buffet spread is not so good. The restaurant staff Harikishan is too good. Good for budget traveller.
