Very helpful and friendly owners. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location close to Perugia airport and away from the busyness of central Assisi was perfect. We would happily stay here again. Fabulous value for money.

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.

    Great little 3 star hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and very family friendly. The bar and lobby area is very nice and quite trendy. Great location just 10 mns away from the center of Assisi by foot. Breakfast was also very good.

    It's in a wonderful location. What a grand city--Assisi has so much history and beauty. The city centre, restaurants, and the Basilica are all within walking distance. Keep in mind, it's a very hilly medieval city with many ups and downs and steps to climb. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was beautiful and I cannot fault it.
