Ideal location for a small commute into Venice. it’s five minute walk from Venezia Mestre train station, and because it’s outside of the islands it’s competitively priced. The hotel staff were nice and friendly, nice cold air conditioning which was needed given the heat wave here, and the breakfast was a nice start to the day. Overall a really nice stay that I would highly recommend.

It was easily the cheapest hotel in the area but so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a basic breakfast but everything was lovely the pastries and coffee were the perfect start to day. The staff c we’re amazing couldn’t do enough to assist us went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as they could can’t wait until our next booking

A perfect accommodation for few days to visit Venice. With bus/tram stop 1 min away of hotel to and from Venice/Mestre. Reading the other reviews, I don't know if it was just my luck or random chance. But.. the space was perfect for what I needed. A warm shower, cleanliness, restful bed. I can't really praise the pillows, otherwise, many greetings to the room service. I had clean towels every day. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and communicative. Many thanks and greetings from Romania! I really recommend Laguna Residence Hotel with confidence!

Where do I start. The rooms beautifully functional, glamorous and cozy. On the small side, but it is a historical building. Breakfasts nutricious and varied. But the real value and highlight of the hotel is the staff. They will pamper you, show you routes, survive your lame attempts at learning Italian with the patience that is only seen in kindergarten teachers. Romina, Annaliza, Klaudia, Lilia, Lily and Marco will make you feellike you're visiting your long lost family. I will quote the Terminator: I'll be back. So will Joanna.

    It was clean, the staff are so kind and friendly, they always trying to help if you ask. The room was good, the breakfast also good and more than expected for 3 stars hotel (I hope they'll considered the option of HALAL food soon). The location is pretty much convenient, safe, quiet and access-able , its 2 min walk from the bus station to go to Venice.
