The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Breakfast was substantial with a range of choices. The common lounge area was a great place to sit for Aperolspritz on a rainy evening.

Location was very good the hotel was on one of the main roads so leaving and coming back was very easy to negotiate, The owners of the hotel are very nice and nothing was a problem the room we had was very quite and the shower and amenities are top rate. my wife and I will definitely stay here again.

Palazzo Ravizza sits on the edge of one of Siena's steep hills, with a spectacular view over the countryside. Once many years ago I woke up early and saw a full moon rising over the valley. Not this time, but the fall colors were just as magical in their own way, and the room was positively luxurious. A beautiful private garden. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kindhearted.

A beautiful hotel where everything felt just right. Loved the bedroom and the bathroom facilities, simple but good selection of teas in the room and a snack. Outstanding breakfast, it had everything you could ask for. Loved the selection of cakes. Extremely helpful staff, from dinner recommendations to explanations about the decors of the breakfast room.

Immaculate, charming, great location and the staff were all lovely…helpful and so friendly. Our room was high up but worth the stairs for the stunning rooftop views. The basement area with free coffee, tea, soft drinks, Prosecco, beer and snacks was delightful.
