Great staff. I was late but they waited for me to arrive. Then organised a late supper at a local restaurant which was perfect.

I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

We needed a place to stay for a day between flights. As our flight was at 6 am, it had to be near the airport. Moxy was perfect for that. It's close by, there is a free shuttle to and from the terminal, runs every 20-30 minutes 24/7. As an extra bonus, we were allowed to check in earlier and had time to go to Milano and enjoy a day there. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Thanks!
