The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and they gave us recommendations for dinner. The hotel had been renovated and was lovely and modern and fresh inside. It was in a good location approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and the town centre. It was good for the night before our cruise.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing owners that run the hotel and restaurant in a kind and joyful way. Such a pleasure to be their guests, you really feel very well looked after. The room was very comfortable with all functioning amenities. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional elegant style. Breakfast was superb with delicious local products. We loved our first night dinner there with a great choice of both pizza and local dishes. Free parking outside.

if you want to stay somewhere where the staff are professional and welcoming in a delightful, quirky sort of Manor House right in the centre of town, close to shops, bars and the beautiful mosaics on display, then the Hotel Sant’Andrea is for you. all our pre booking emails were answered and solved promptly, on our pre cruise stay we were late arriving- not a problem - we were met in reception and checked in in no time. Our post cruise stay we arrived early-at 9.45 a.m. - had a cup of tea and were in our room at 10.30 a.m. The hotel is super clean, the breakfast lovely with a waitress who really wants to help- as do all the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed both our stays and highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay in Ravenna The town itself is lovely and well worth a visit
