We stayed here for one night visiting cherry blossom festival near Takada Castle. The hotel is 2 min by foot from the railway station, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and breakfast tasty. We got a room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There is a public onsen just at the corner, so you can relax there in the evening after a long walk as we did.

This hotel was perfect! Absolutely fantastic local Japanese breakfast and dinner served beautifully. The location is great a short walk to the lift station. Lifts passes can be purchased on site along with rentals etc meaning you can be on the slopes immediately. The hotel has a lovely Onsen too! We will be back ! Thank you for amazing service to the wonderful family and staff.
