exceed my expectations and highly recommend! even the hotel is not as modern as some hotels around that area, but the service is totally AWESOME! free shuttle service, nice Japanese style room, perfect view, and Japanese style dinner and breakfast definitely make your day. they even gave me local wine and card as birthday presents, heart melting ♥️ A must-have stay in this area

Free station pick-up is convenient. The room and public onsen bath were very clean and with fantastic view. Sleepling in the futons on tatami was an interesting experience like in Doraemon and Chibi maruko-chan! It was comfortable, We got a very good rest. We were hosted by a lady from Vietnam, who was kind, attentive and helpful. She clearly introduced each dish during the meal and there was no problem in English communication. The food part was extremely amazing! The dinner and breakfast were very rich and delicious. We fully tasted the flavor of the ingredients and felt the chef's intention👍 This visit was perfect and I will definitely come again.

The room I stayed was spacious, tidy and neat. The host was friendly and amazingly helpful. The story was that I accidentally left my personal belongings at the previous hotel on the other side of Lake Kawaguchi. He offered to drive there and fetch my lost items.

The owners were very welcoming and kind, we had an excellent breakfast. This ryokan is very family oriented, like a family boarding house. It is very quiet, an easy walk to the station, near a good café and dimsum restaurant, with a great view over the lake and beautiful view of Fujisan from the roof terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I liked how the hotel was very modern. The checkin was smooth and the staff were very nice. The room had everything we needed, had ample space for me and my husband. The toilet and shower was big enough. They provided comfy pajamas which we loved. Has free parking and a public onsen.
