Every thing was great, welcoming host, confortable and large rooms in the japanese style, convenient location to easily visit the most important spots in Hakone (Gora, open air museum, cable car to Owakudani, Pola museum, Togendai and the lake, Fuji san view and trails, ...), and above all, amazing food, delicious and very refined Japanes cuisine, both for diner and breakfast. One of my best experiences in Japan. The hotel is very pretty with lots of bamboo decorations. There are 2 common onsens available both with indoor and outdoor pools plus there are 3 small private onsens that are first come first serve but you can get it if you are patient. I would get back here for sure.

Exceptional stay in Hakone This place is truly exceptional. The house is perfectly located on a hillside surrounded by nature — peaceful and incredibly relaxing. My room had a beautiful view of the forest; I felt completely immersed in it. I could hear the birds singing every morning — it was magical. I also had my meals on site, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dining area opens up to the outdoors, offering breathtaking views while you eat. The on-site baths are fantastic — everything is thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor area is a dream. It feels like you're bathing right in the forest. The staff were beyond amazing — we were treated like royalty. I’ll definitely come back. A huge thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended, 200%. Don’t hesitate — go for it!

The villa was beautiful, and the view was incredible looking over Lake Ashi and Hakone. It was amazing to see Mt Fuji from the dining able and top deck. The sauna and jacuzzi were great touches, the air conditioning was easy to use and change, and the wooden bath was very relaxing. It was great to be able to use the washing machine facilities half way through our holiday.

Absolutely amazing. The property had everything a traveler needs. I wanted to try a capsule and it was comfortable enough for a young solo traveler. I understand they also have standard rooms if someone wants. Showers were clean, they also had a hairdryer, towels etc . The breakfast was really tasty, staff very helpful and genuinely nice.
