This us an authentic Japanese experience. Only hearty guests should book as there is a steep climb up a hill to the guest rooms. The small onsen in the downstairs area was exceptional. Kaito was charming and informative and cooked a delicious dinner. Ecu and Katzoo were very helpful guiding us from the bus stop and bringing our belongings to our room. We are much appreciative of the kind hospitality and genuine warmth we were shown. Once we learned the route we were able to easily take the bus from Kure to the correct Takesu stop.

The place was comfy and compact Japanese style for our family. It was very clean and everything we need was there. The place was also very accessible to best tourist destination by walk. A nice restaurant nearby the place as well. All meets our expectation and the staff on duty was very warm and nice. She let our luggage left at the lobby while we were roaming around the city. The cost was cheaper compare to other neighborhood hotels. Thank you for this new experience of our family.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn, in Hiroshima. Its very close to the main station, but is not disturbed by any noise. Also right next to a tram, so getting into town is very easy and there is also a 24/7 Lawson in the entrance to the hotel. Rooms were nice, fresh and clean, and the lobby had free choice of ammidities. Check-in was easy as it was self-service. All in all, I would recommend staying here if I return to Hiroshima.

Outstanding hotel, in a modernized building keeping nice original features, especially in the poolside restaurant. In the room, the toiletries are divine. The breakfast is nice too, based on sweet or salty crepes, with a nice selection of side verrines. The hotel is very conveniently located in the town center and at a walking distance from the memorial. Staff is also very nice and friendly.
