Great location - right next to the station and the leasure district with izakayas, restaurants and shops. In the lobby, you get free coffee and some cookies, plus some amenities are provided ant the front desk. Hotel was a very short walk from Nagano JR Station and free ice cream pops (many flavors to choose from) were available through the stay Hotel guest only Onsen was on the 10th floor with a nice view! Breakfast was a good spread of basic western and Japanese savory items as well as Chateraise cakes and yogurt or pudding!
